Antique Clock

This is a neatly designed wooden clock in the shape of the state of Minnesota that hangs on the cement wall of the MSAB.

The top 2/3 of the shape is the clock, and on the bottom 1/3 there is a black plaque that celebrates the 125th anniversary of the institution. The title of this plaque reads “125 YEARS OF EDUCATION.” Beneath its left side is written “1866” and then MBSSS (the abbreviation for Minnesota Blind and Sight Saving School). Beneath the right side is “1991” and then MSAB. The words are written in braille beneath the letters. For the clock, the hours 12, 3, 6, and 9 are golden pieces of metal and other numbers are displayed as gold metal dots. Both clock hands have the arrow heads at the top and are golden.
